The Green Trail of Dry Creek Valley is a special, customized experience for visitors to the Dry Creek Valley who wish to experience the area’s certified organic & certified biodynamic wineries. Participating properties include DaVero Farms & Winery, Hawley Winery, Martorana Family Winery, Montemaggiore, Quivira Vineyards & Winery and RIDGE Lytton-Springs. Each property has worked hard to ensure their best practices are also the best for our environment. You can expect lively discussion at each of these wineries about how they became certified organic or biodynamic, how this affects their winey and why the feel it is important to be green. If you’re feeling adventurous, pack a picnic, hop on a bike and ride the Green Trail of Dry Creek Valley for a uniquely delicious eco-tasting experience!
At RIDGE visit a eco-sustainable winery - built of straw bales, run on solar energy - amid century old vines. Visitors to Quivira can tour a colorful 1-acre produce garden, a variety of farm animals and a Steelhead spawning stream, along with artisan wines.
